Busted ships anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $9.50 Shipping is via USPS. Please allow 2-3 days processing time before you receive your tracking number. Transit time is generally 2-4 days but carriers have been experiencing delays due to labor shortages and recent USPS changes.
If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Busted Bra Shop Exchange Policy
Busted Bra Shop does not offer refunds. Bras can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original condition & unworn with no signs of wear or misuse and must have the original tags attached to the item, intact. For hygiene reasons, panties, swimwear, shapewear and hosiery are not eligible for exchange.
If you are unable to come to the store for a return, please call us before shipping back your item(s). Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you that your item has been received and if your items are eligible for exchange. You are responsible for the shipping cost for returned items. Shipping from the original purchase is non-refundable. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Our online store is hosted on Big Commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Busted Bra Shop currently ships via the US Postal Service.
International customers are responsible for any government-imposed customs, taxes, and levies for the relevant product purchase.

B. RETURN POLICY

Eligible products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange.
Products sent for exchange must be unworn with original tags intact and no signs or use or wear.
For hygiene reasons, panties, swimwear, shapewear and hosiery are not eligible for exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Exchange will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.

ORDER REFUSAL POLICY
If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs incurred by Busted Bra Shop. Once the package is back in our warehouse, subject to inspection, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment after deducting any applicable return shipping charges. The return shipping charge will apply even if you were originally not charged any shipping due to a free shipping promotion. This policy does not apply to packages that appear to have been damaged during shipping.
International Package Refusal Policy:
If an international package is refused during delivery, the customer will be responsible for all VAT Fees, import fees, Return shipping costs and Abandonment fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If these fees are greater than the product(s) price, Busted Bra Shop may bill you for the balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Busted Bra Shop, we believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and pleasant shopping experiences. Most of the items are processed for shipment through our system within a few minutes of placing the order. You can cancel your order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with Busted Bra Shop’s return policies..
