This will ensure that you can get your money’s worth out of the bra. After you’ve had the bra for a while, the bra will stretch out, and you can begin to wear it on the middle hook, then eventually on the tightest hook.

If your breasts sizes differ more than one cup size we suggest fitting the middle size cup, meaning just one size bigger than the smaller breast (even if it could make the bigger breast bulge a little).
Then use two pads with the smaller breast, and none with the bigger one.
