Busted is expecting monster crowds in Downtown Detroit this month with the Draft events happening right outside our downtown Detroit doors. We have some cool things happening inside the store too!  We have a totally cool limited edition, hand-paionted footballs. This has come to us from a collaboration with Design Core and Shinola. I  keep getting asked about traveling with bras. I have to confess, I take multiple bras when I travel. Like sometimes 1.5 per day.  I throw in lots of undies, and then pick out the outfits that match the foundations. The bras should pack pretty flat so the cups don't get crushed. BUT!  If you do pack a super firm molded cup bra, pack your socks, or undies in the cup to keep it full. Its really about lowering that crush pressure. I've just returned from a buying trip that went from Detroit to Paris, Ghent, and New York City. I had an incredible time with the brands, other boutique owners, and just seeing cool stuff. I can tell you that I saw some definite trends from the Runways and new collections. The tattoo effect is found on most lingerie pieces and is being done beautifully! Empreinte and Lise Charmel are excellent at it. The French laces are masterfully designed and many lay super flat on the skin.  The second …

Somedays I wear the most beautiful lingerie of my life. I look forward to those days. It makes the morning feel amazing. I am no longer saving the "good bras" for special day, because I have discovered that everyday is special. I deserve a good pair of shoes in that I can walk a mile, or dance all night. We are specialty bra fitters and love solving problems. When we kept hearing the same issue from our clients, we started talking to our vendors to see how they could help. One of our favorite vendors, Cosabella, listened to the requests from their specialty shops and answered the call.
